A Little About Amanda Diorio

Amanda Diorio (DCG Faculty) -a native of Boston, MA, Amanda began studying music, dance and theater from a young age.  Amanda holds her M.F.A. in Dance from University of North Carolina at Greensboro (2010) and her B.F.A. in Dance from Temple University (2002).  Amanda is a dance professor at Elon University and Greensboro College.  Amanda teaches at the North Carolina Dance Project, Burlington Academy of Dance and at The Dance Center of Greensboro.  Amanda was artist director of the A.D.D. Company based out of Philadelphia from 2002-2007, and has taught, performed and choreographed dance extensively in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Florida and the Carolinas.  Specializing in Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop and Tumbling Amanda enjoys spreading peace, love and understanding through her teaching of dance.  The Dance Center of Greensboro welcomes Ms. Amanda Diorio to our faculty!
